The demand for legal services in entrepreneurs’ ongoing activity is growing. Entrepreneurs have internal legal departments, outsource legal services or work in a mixed model i.e. an internal legal department supported by external law firms. In most cases the legal teams or in-house lawyers are young lawyers, only gaining experience, so the Client may require professional legal and organisational support.
Responding to our Clients’ expectations, our firm offers BarchanLean – a service in which we provide young in‑house lawyers with technical knowledge and support our Clients in creating, organising and optimising processes and the day-to-day operation of the legal departments within company structures.
The services includes i.a. analysing the Client’s needs, the company’s structure, internal procedures and budget, creating an internal legal cell inside the Client’s organisation, and developing and implementing adequate procedures. We also assist our Clients in recruitment for legal positions (also together with external recruitment entities) and support them with technical knowledge during the adaptation process or throughout the period the Client’s legal team operates.
