We have provided services to the Gas & Oil industry in matters connected with contract and litigation matters (e.g. in disputes connected with fuel price increases and biofuel costs), as well as advised on intellectual property rights. We drew up terms of service, trade contracts and cooperation agreements with franchise holders, IT system implementation and maintenance agreements.

We are experienced in providing services to entities from the IT/TMT sector. We ensure ongoing advisory services, in the scope of trade contracts, agreements with staff or collaborators, IT system implementation and maintenance, license agreements, X-as-a-Service agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc.), internet platform and mobile application agreements, colocation agreements. We support our Clients in license audits and we evaluate the license terms of open-source software. We advise freelance Clients as well as larger entities, such as software houses. In cases of disputes we conduct mediations and represent our Clients before courts.

We have advised on multiple trade contracts, license agreements, air-time purchase agreements, as well as agreements for marketing activities and the production of commercials.

We have advised on trade contracts, including IT, intellectual property rights and court disputes (i.a. regarding combating unfair competition and rights resulting from registering industrial designs).
