Do you need assistance in everyday matters, focusing on reviewing the documents you sign as regards potential legal risks, also over the phone? You currently do not need support, however you may need it in certain cases in the future?

Our offer below is addressed to you and refers only to contracts and matters directly connected with your sole proprietorship. Ongoing Consultations do not cover agreements for products and banks and financial services (including loan agreements), leasing and insurance agreements, agreements for establishing a mortgage or security (including registered pledges), bills of exchange and bill of exchange declarations.

Within the Ongoing Consultation service, we will analyse the contracts you send us and we will indicate potential legal risks connected with entering into them, as well as give you a short phone consultation. The Ongoing Consultation service does not include any works on amending the documents you provide us with for analysis. The service is settled in advance for a given month (by the fifth day of the month the service is provided in) in a given option plan concluded for minimum 12 months.

There are three price options of this service, from which you can choose the one that suits you most and best reflects your needs. The prices below are net prices, to which applicable VAT must be added.
