We prepare, review and negotiate contracts. We conduct negotiations during meetings, and remotely by means of e-mail, phone conversations, teleconferences and Internet tools (e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams).
Occasionally, our Clients require the assistance of a lawyer only during a particular negotiation, without requesting a contract draft prior to the negotiations, since what may be important to a Client is the particular elements of contract performance, not its entirety. Thus, negotiation skills and experience are most important throughout drawing up a particular contract. An additional difficulty may also be the distance between the parties’ representatives locations.
Responding to our Clients’ expectations, we offer Client representation at the stage of negotiating a particular contract in the form of E-Negotiations. We offer our own communication tools, thanks to which the negotiating parties do not have to make any preparations on their own.
