Przemysław Barchan
Przemyslaw graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, as well as completed managerial post-graduate studies and Technology Transfer Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Przemyslaw is a new technology fun and LegalTech promotor. In his professional practice, he provides legal advisory services to entrepreneurs, associations and foundations, as well as creative authors and scientists. His areas of expertise include: IT/TMT and new technologies law, commercial and corporate law, intellectual property, FinTech, computer games and e-sports, e-commerce market, commercialisation of scientific research results, trade contracts. He advises Clients on legal project management. Przemyslaw gained his professional experience in renown Polish law firms, providing services to Polish and foreign clients. Michał Kędzierski
He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych). He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where he was also President of the “Consensus” Arbitration and Mediation Student Academic Circle. Michał specialises in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses (including restructuring and bankruptcy matters). He represents clients in proceedings before common courts and the Supreme Court. He gained his professional experience in law firms, receiver’s office, national and local administration offices and the European Parliament (internship). He runs his own practice and, as of counsel, he supports Barchan Legal in providing services to business Clients, in particular as regards restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
